BISA — Beasiswa Ijazah Sarjana AUSCI is a one‑year bridge of tuition support, mentorship, and real‑world experience for need‑based undergraduates who refuse to let a tuition bill have the last word on their degree.

WHY BISA EXIST
Every year, thousands of capable Indonesian students stop just short of the finish line — not for lack of ability, but for lack of funds. BISA was built to catch students right at that breaking point.

TARGET AWARDEE
WHO CAN APPLY
BISA is builtfor need-based undergraduates who are already proving themselves in the classroom and on campus.
- Indonesian citizen
- Completed at least four semesters at a reputable university
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 / 4.00
- Comes from a financially disadvantaged family
- Not currently receiving any other scholarship, including KIP Kuliah
- Actively involved in campus or community organizations
- Demonstrates good conduct and character
UNIVERSITY REFERRAL
A pilot partnership with Universitas Indonesia (UI) in BISA’s first year — the university itself submits a shortlist of eligible candidates. The partnership may expand to more universities in future years
ALUMNI REFERRAL
Any AUSCI alumna or alumnus (“Trojan”) can endorse a prospective candidate as a shortlisted applicant, including students from universities outside the pilot partnership.

ACADEMIC STANDING
Keep your GPA on Track
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 for the past four semesters
- Commit to sustaining at least a 3.00/4.00 GPA throughout the study period
- Academic transcript required

COMMITMENTS
What you’re signing up for
- Organizational and/or leadership experience
- Willingness to take part in an interview
- Sign a commitment statement
- Join mentoring, coaching, personal development, and community service activities
- Submit a video based on a theme set by the committee

Beyond The Classroom • 01
Mentorship: Trojans × Awardees
- One-on-one and group mentoring with USC alumni — career and life guidance, problem-solving, nationalism and ethics
- Quarterly check-ins reviewing academics, leadership, and contribution
- Access to the Trojan network

Internship / Real Project
- Internship placement or project-based assignment at a Trojan's company
- Clear output: a project report and presentation day, strengthening your work portfolio
- Goal: real-world professional experience before graduation
SELECTION PROCESS
How awardees are selected
Two referral tracks feed into a single, four-step selection process.
TRACK 1 · UNIVERSITY REFERRAL
Partner universities — starting with the pilot partnership with Universitas Indonesia — submit a shortlist of eligible scholarship candidates.
TRACK 2 · ALUMNI REFERRAL
Trusted Trojans recommend prospective candidates from universities outside the pilot partnership.
Shortlisting
AUSCI reviews both tracks and selects the Top 10 candidates.
Video Submission
Shortlisted candidates submit a video based on a theme set by the committee.
Final Interview
Candidates meet with the AUSCI selection committee.
Announcement
Awardees are announced — supporting at least 6 scholars in the program’s first year.

BISA is officially announced, launched in the presence of USC President Beong-Soo Kim.
Early 2027
Recruitment and PR activities commence — application details will follow.
